2. Higher temperatures encourage the loss of dye which could result in your favourite pair losing their eye-catching bright vibrant colours.
3. Obviously we don't mean go strutt your stuff with your pants inside out but when it comes to taking them off do a little one step and flick and turn them inside out. This will help maintain your colours whilst in the process of washing and drying.
4. If you own a pair of our incredible pants, you will know you most certainly do not need softener. When it comes to work out gear, a lot of detergents and fabric softeners can break down the fibers which makes them stretchy and firm.
5. The Dryer can fade colours as well as change the fit and shape of your favourite pair, so for best results place your pants on a flat surface and allow them to air dry, out of direct sunlight of course ;)
6. Positive Pants are made with the most incredible crease-proof material, so no ironing is necessary!

For all our European sisters we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €60,00. For orders below €60,00 there is a standard €7,00 charge within Europe and €15,00 worldwide.

Returns Policy

• If you would like to lodge a return, kindly contact us on enquiries@positivepants.eu within 14 days of your delivery.
• Please take note - we do not currently offer exchanges, only refunds or gift vouchers to the value of the purchase, excluding shipping fees paid.
• Item(s) you want to return must be unworn & unwashed. Free of stains, odours and any signs of wear. Item(s) cannot be returned if the label has been cut/removed and must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note - if your items do not meet the above requirements, we may not approve your return.

• The shipping cost to return the item to us will be at your own expense. We recommend you using a tracked service to return the item and obtain proof of postage, we do not accept responsibility for item(s) lost, damaged or in transit.
• We do not refund the original shipping fees and you will have to pay shipping for the replacement item you choose.
• Please ensure when sending an item back to us that your full name and order number reflects on the parcel.
• We must receive the items back within 14 days of our confirmation of the approved return.
